We back our electrotherapy devices with a Life-Time Warranty. You will receive a full credit to your card or a replacement product. Your preference. There are no restocking fees. Please be respectful of this policy. Simply, return your product with your name and reason for return, and we will provide you with a full refund.

Shipping Policy:

We ship all orders the same day of order at no charge. We use UPS world ship, 1-5 day ground service. If you prefer another service, please let us know. If you would like your order sent next day or 2nd day; we will deduct five dollars from the UPS charges for that particular service to the desired location. Simply specify your preference in the special instructions blank on the ordering form or contact us via email at info@paintechnology.com. You will receive an email with your tracking number directly after ordering.

Payment Terms:

We accept checks, credit cards, money orders, and COD. For credit card verification we need to have the address where the credit card bills are sent (if different than the shipping address) and the name as it appears on the credit card.
